Michael S. Gallatin offers the expertise, experience and industry intelligence that builders and developers seek in a professional. Over his more than 30 years in both commercial and residential real estate, he has successfully closed many complex transactions, achieving a career sales volume of $100+ million. Michael was also the owner and President of Terrain, Inc., a successful engineering and surveying company where he planned, organized and managed all aspects of civil engineering projects in both commercial and residential land development. Terrain is still in business today. Michael joined the Suncoast Window Films team to be a bigger part of Sea Turtle conservation. He is affiliated with the U.S Green Building Council and is a LEED® Accredited Professional (LEED AP) and Maryland Home Improvement Contractor (MHIC) (PAST). A graduate of Frostburg State University with a B.S in civil engineering degree and a commercial pilot’s license, Michael holds a commercial pilots license and is also a certified flight instructor for both land and sea multi engine airplanes. He also served in the USAF.

Merryl Koven graduated from The University of Illinois with a Master’s of Science. She enjoyed a 17 year career in developing health and wellness programs for seniors, both in Chicago and in Sarasota. She made a career move in 2005 to Sales and Marketing and has been an Authorized 3M dealer since this transition. As an animal activist and an integral part of the implementation of several local shelters, Merryl continues to embrace her love for animals in everything that she does. “Working on educating our communities about Sea Turtle Conservation seemed so natural to me. I just had to be a part of it” says Merryl. Merryl is eager to show people how 3M products and her expertise can and will help change the destiny of Sea Turtles.
